Pygmalion Framework
Pygmalion is a framework agreement arranged by the Department for Work and Pensions' E-Delivery Team to provide all organisations in the public sector (e.g. Central Government Departments, Local Authorities) with access to specialist niche services. Network 21, a consortium led by Clicks and Links, is on the Pygmalion Framework and can provide public sector organisations with strategic consultancy services using high level consultants. If you are from the public sector, you can commission Clicks and Links/Network 21 to work for you through the Pygmalion Framework Agreement without having to go through a formal tendering process.
