Background
By using a Living Lab approach, the Manchester Digital Development Agency is trialling an interactive Digital Television Service (DigiServe) providing a pilot area in East Manchester with interactive Internet access to on-line services, such as energy management and telecare. The target audience is the over 75s or people with a disability, as with the national DiTV help scheme. Clicks and Links is providing project management, technical management and research services for this project.
