It is a powerful tool to capture any structured business process to then guide people through that process over the Intranet Extranet or Website. Scenario Builder was used by the Department of Justice to provide online scenarios to guide citizens through resolving disputes between neighbours, landlord and tenants, or personal harassment and stalking.

ScenarioBuilder provides an easier method for structuring questions and answers and automatically generates web pages to guide people through any process.
It is also scalable, allowing authors to add infinite scenarios, tailoring them to recurring issues and concerns people are facing.

ScenarioBuilder can be integrated with the Roundabout CMS to deliver a powerful CMS with CRM capability.
