A powerful A to Z directory of services tool.
Effective Data sharing and storage
Excelsiors Cross System Directory Index allows you to cross reference all the data sources and key index data in a single directory index.
Service Provider Transparency
Full service provider transparency at all times whilst preserving the Service Providers identity and enabling partnership brands if required.
User Profile
Provides a user profile feature which holds key details about your customers, safe and secure for reuse when they return.
Registration/Enrolment
Supports UK government security levels T0 and T1 and in the next version will support T2 and T3.
Authentication
The authentication mechanisms ensure customers can reuse the user profiles to access all services.
Customer Index
The Customer Index allows you to create many-to-many relationships between customers, properties, organisations and services.
Intelligent Service Direction
Excelsior is able to use the contents of the user profiles to personalise other Excelsior features.

Provides a seamless ability to track all their service requests in one convenient place.
