Clicks and Links consultancy arm CL Consultancy is dedicated to providing a first class consultancy service to all potential and current clients. Clicks and Links can either offer a pure consultancy service or a combined service with solutions implementation.

Project Management

Clicks and Links' approach to project management is a combination of formal project management practice, regular interaction with all parties, and the ability to let requirements develop as the understanding and needs of an organisation change.

Complementary to the use of industry proven methodologies such as PRINCE2, Clicks and Links will assign an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for organising and controlling the project.

The Project Manager will draw up and agree the project plans that define who does what, and by when. They will be accountable for the delivery throughout the development cycle of the project, from outset to completion in an organised and controlled manner, so that the client realises the benefits of a well managed and controlled project which fully meets their demands and requirements.

Based upon our experience of project management and associated processes, we are if required willing and able to adopt project management processes and change control procedures employed by the 3rd party/user.
