Clicks and Links have extensive experience in community consultation and regeneration. This expertise allows us to provide valuable advice and solutions for e-Community / e-Government projects; covering areas such as digital divide and take-up issues.

Community projects present unique challenges, particularly that of managing the varied demands and expectations of different groups within the community.

Clicks and Links have a successful track record in delivering Information and Communication Technology into the community; from initial scoping studies through to the final stages of delivery. Clicks and Links Prince 2 qualified project managers have the ability to devise specialist project plans to manage the many elements of these projects effectively.

Can anyone do the consultation?

In theory, yes. Any reputable organisation could undertake the consultation with the community. However, to be successful it is essential that the firm in question are able to explain the potential benefits of the new technology to the community and answer their questions effectively.

Clicks and Links are experts within this field, having developed professional practice guidelines ( the 7Cs ) for community consultation, as well as experience in Community Requirements gathering and Engagement.
